Cancellation and Changes

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused services after travel has commenced.


Responsibilities and Liability

  • And There You Go Travel acts as an agent for suppliers including airlines, hotels and tour operators. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or defaults of suppliers.

  • ​Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, such as passports and visas.

  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.


Health, Safety, and Conduct

  • Travelers are responsible for complying with health and safety regulations at 
    destinations.

  • ​And There You Go Travel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate travel 
    arrangements if a traveler’s conduct is disruptive or endangers others.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which And
